I called Mr. Chill because my mother’s heater was not working. They were able to get an agent out same day. Mr. Gavin did an amazing job checking the unit and throughly explaining to my senior mother what he found and providing a temporary solution until the part ordered is delivered. He followed up by calling me to explaining the problem, and solution in case my mom did not understand.

Our heating wasn’t working in our new home so we called Mr. Chill. From the first phone call through getting it fixed everyone was courteous. It was fast and easy. Gavin, our contact to fix the thermostat was polite and professional. He was well mannered and fixed the thermostat and then took the time to explain and make sure I understood how to use the new thermostat. 10/10 would recommend.
